30 Days Free Returns

Aape offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item so we can review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Customers must contact customer service before sending any return. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Return requests made after the 30-day window may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items should meet the conditions below:

  • The return request is started within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item is in its original condition with tags and packaging included when applicable.
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable or final sale.
  • The customer has contacted Aape customer service first and received return instructions.

Item condition

Returned items must be in clean, original condition. Items with signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing tags, missing packaging, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or order-specific reasons. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging when applicable.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked as final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final sale items

If an item is clearly marked as final sale on the product page, cart, or checkout, it is not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong.

Aape provides 30 Days Free Returns for eligible approved returns. Our customer service team will provide the correct return details after your request is reviewed.

If a return is sent without approval, does not follow the return instructions, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may not qualify for free return handling.

Refund process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to item eligibility and availability.

If the requested replacement item is not available, our customer service team will help review the available options for your order.
